Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a role based in Detroit, Michigan. The position is full-time with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a $80,000 to $120,000 annual salary plus a $10,000 first-year bonus.

The role involves managing patient care plans within Residential Home Health and Hospice, collaborating with a team, and driving to patient locations as needed. Requires PT license and 1+ year healthcare experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
