Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Kingwood, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in patients’ homes, aiming to improve function and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes patient and family education, safe practice, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for your Texas PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using digital platforms.
