PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Northwest Houston, TX. The role focuses on helping patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life in their own homes.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and committed to delivering evidence-based care, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess functional status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists as part of the team.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall-prevention strategies.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to empower independence.
