PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Texas. You will evaluate patients at home, plan and implement personalized therapy programs, and educate families to promote independence.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to enhance mobility and reduce pain for diverse patients in their homes.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist license in TX.
• Professional liability insurance for TX.
• Graduate degree (DPT or higher) in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patient needs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients in home health setting and assess functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions: exercise, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and prevent falls.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
