Job summary

As part of Idaho Home Health within LHC Group and Optum, the team supports caring for patients and families in the home setting, emphasizing collaboration and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy per established plan of care.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises and mobility training.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to supervising PT and care team.
• Educate patient, family, caregiver on therapy within scope of PTA.
