North Idaho Home Health, part of L HC Group within the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver treatment and patient education under the supervising PT. You will implement the plan of care and support patient well-being in home settings.

Responsibilities include guiding exercises, tracking progress, and coordinating with the care team. A current Idaho PTA license, CPR, and valid transportation are required; weekend rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Current license/registration to assist in physical therapy in Idaho.
• Ability to work in various home settings and respond to patient needs.

Responsabilités

• Follow state laws and physician plan of care.
• Instructs patients in active and passive exercises.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and families on therapy within PTA scope.
