UnitedHealth Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support home health services within the Optum family. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being.

Responsibilities include adhering to state PT practice laws, performing prescribed exercises, and communicating patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist. Weekend availability is required.

Competenze

• Current, licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of practice.

Mansioni

• Follow state laws and plan of care as directed by supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to the supervising PT and care team.
• Coordinate care with other health care team members.
