Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing home care physical therapy and implement treatment per supervising PT.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, gait, and mobility training.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition; coordinate care with the health team.
