UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT services to patients in their homes, promoting mobility, restoring function, and enhancing safety and independence. You will work with patients, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and prevent hospitalizations in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state you’re assigned to work in.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy educational program.
• 1+ year of physical therapy experience in home health or willingness with mentoring if less than 1 year.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days, modify interventions as needed, and assist with discharge planning.
