Sweetwater Care in Montana seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care in Miles City and surrounding communities. You will create individualized treatment plans, perform patient assessments, implement therapy techniques at home, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.

Travel to patient homes is required; one year of clinical experience is preferred, and a valid state license and driver's license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
