Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Denver, Colorado. You will conduct in-home assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy techniques to improve patient outcomes.

Travel to various home care settings is required. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, and a valid state driver's license with automobile liability insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of home health therapy practices.
• Ability to assess, plan and monitor patient progress.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Qualifications:

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
