Sweetwater Care seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home-based care in Billings, Montana. You will interview patients and families, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to meet functional goals.

Travel to various home care settings is required; collaboration with other health professionals and adherence to state licensing standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
