Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Fargo, ND. You will assess patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with other professionals to support recovery and pain relief.

Applicants must hold an active PT license in the employment state, have a valid driver’s license, and bring at least one year of clinical experience. Travel to patient locations is required and equal opportunity employment is provided.

Qualifications
