Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensed to practice as a PT in the state of operation.
• CPR certification must be valid while employed in a clinical role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and documents treatment per physician orders and agency policy.
• Performs patient evaluations and selects diagnostic materials to assess patient care.
• Informs physician of assessment results and recommended interventions.
• Develops and documents treatment plans with goals and priorities.
• Educates and counsels patients to support recovery and mobility.
• Presents patient information to physicians and keeps the team updated on status and plan.
• Delivers appropriate treatment within agency and payer guidelines.
• Meets productivity standards and manages time efficiently.
