CHRISTUS HomeCare - Tyler, part of the LHC Group family, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to perform treatment, provide exercise instruction, and educate patients under the plan of care. Join a team dedicated to Caring. Connecting. Growing together.

You will follow state PT laws, assist with active and passive exercises, observe patient progress, and coordinate care with the team, while maintaining accessibility for patients in home settings.

Formación

• Licensed to assist in physical therapy in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Availability to work a weekend rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow state-specific laws governing home health PT; implement treatment per supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises and gait training; assist with ADLs and transfers.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate care with the healthcare team.
