Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care defined by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instructs and assists patients with active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observes and reports patient responses and coordinates care with the healthcare team.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers on therapy activities within PTA scope.
• Adapt therapy to home environments and patient needs.
