Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant in Vista, CA. This role provides direct, hands-on care to individuals with IDD and Autism in home and community settings, supporting daily living, mobility, and medication together with safety and independence.

You will work under supervision, perform light housekeeping related to care, maintain documentation, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• English proficiency required (verbal and written).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care and daily living support.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and medication support.
• Document daily notes and maintain participant records.
• Follow safety plans and regulatory requirements.
• Transport participants and use assistive equipment as needed.
