OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Personal Attendant to provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with IDD and Autism in Carlsbad, CA. The role involves personal care, mobility, medication support, and helping participants participate in daily activities while promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required (verbal and written).
• Ability to use electronic documentation systems or mobile apps.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care and daily living support.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, and medication observation as authorized.
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, and well-being; maintain documentation.
• Ensure safety and independence in accordance with care plans and regulatory requirements.
