Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a Personal Attendant to provide direct, hands‑on care for individuals with IDD and Autism in home and community settings. You will support daily living activities, personal care, and mobility while upholding safety and dignity.

You’ll follow individualized care plans and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on independence and participant rights. Role is field‑based, with flexible scheduling and local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Personal Attendant, Direct Support Professional, or caregiver is a plus.
• English proficiency required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support mobility and transfers; assist with medications as authorized.
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, and well‑being; document accurately.
