PARS Therapy in Pearsall, TX seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will work with patients in their homes to restore mobility, enhance functional abilities, and promote long-term wellness through hands-on interventions and education.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies to maximize independence and quality of life for homebound clients eligible for Medicare coverage.

Competenze

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required).
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities.
