Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Bandera, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

You will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness with hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Professional liability insurance required in TX.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
