PARS Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Crosby, TX. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

As a key member of the care team, you will evaluate conditions, plan individualized treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for homebound clients eligible for Medicare coverage.

Formación

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
