Qualifications

• Active OT licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen patients' daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
• Confer with physicians and the care team to develop or revise the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment to improve/restore strength, coordination, and function.
• Document patient progress and update care plans and discharge summaries.
• Supervise staff and educate family members on retraining programs.
