Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations, lead logistics teams, and ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services to patients at home. You will collaborate with leadership, health systems, hospice partners and community referrals to improve patient services.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and have 5 years in HME leadership, with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills to manage inventory, vendor

Qualifications

• An associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ experience in the HME leadership is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of equipment.
• Lead logistics team and optimize order routing and costs.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with department leaders.
• Address service concerns and improve patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and staff training.
• On-call duties outside business hours.
