Job summary

Qualifications

• Current OTA licensure and able to practice in state of NC.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access or reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services per supervising OT and plan of care.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Instruct patient, family and care team on therapy activities.
• Maintain compliance with state laws governing home health OT services.
