UnitedHealth Group's Amedisys home health division seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, promoting independence, safety, and improved quality of life. The role collaborates with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders and agency policies.

Pay includes a salary range of $82,640 to $123,960 annually with comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401k.

Formación

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take NBCOT exam or completed NBCOT.
• Current OT license in the state you are assigned to.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ years of related OT experience.
• If less than one year, approval from regional clinical leaders and mentoring.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver OT services under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses identified problems or documents rationale if not.
• Ensure safety and effectiveness of OT service delivery.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
