BrightStar Care of Camden & Cherry Hill is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role is part-time and PRN with a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement.

You will perform OT assessments for ADLs/IADLs, develop care plans with measurable goals, and provide training in adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and home modifications. Documentation follows NJ DOH and BrightStar standards.

Qualifications

• NJ Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills.

Responsabilités
