Job summary

Brightstar Care of Camden & Cherry Hill is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess patients in their homes and develop individualized, measurable care plans. You will train patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and safe home modifications, documenting per NJ DOH and BrightStar standards.

Requirements include an active NJ OT license, CPR/BLS certification, and reliable transportation in Camden/Cherry Hill.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• NJ license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT assessments for ADLs, IADLs, and safety.
