• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Range: $52-$54

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate clinical care and interventions.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.

Requirements:

• License(s): Active RN license
• Certification(s): BLS
• Years of experience: 1+
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: HCHB and wound care experience preferred and Home Health/Hospice experience preferred
