Job summary

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate Home Health Nurses to serve patients across Fairfax County in Northern Virginia. This role offers independence, meaningful patient connections, and the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives with personalized care at home.

Applicants must hold a Virginia RN license and be able to travel throughout the NOVA region. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Experience in home health, hospital med-surg, or community nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel throughout the NOVA region.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient caseload.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Must commit to working a minimum of 2 days a week: 1 day must be Monday, and the other can be Wednesday or Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Talin Home Healthcare LLC is looking for multiple compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurses to serve patients across Fairfax County area. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Northern Virginia area
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Must have experience with administering medications, wound care wet and dry, wound vac, IV therapy, ostomy care and other clinical treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
