Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitates referrals to admissions and tracks status daily.
• Assists with financial evaluations and payment options.
• Communicates with hospitals, families, and insurers regarding referrals and admissions.
• Maintains daily census and ensures proper admission/discharge processing.
