Terrace Home Health is seeking a motivated, results-driven Home Health Administrator to oversee agency operations, lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality patient care in Independence, Missouri.

The role requires strong business acumen and a passion for developing people, with responsibilities spanning operations, QA, compliance, and growth through community partnerships. You will guide staff and ensure patient-centered care in home health settings.

Qualificações

• Experience in healthcare administration or a related leadership role.
• Knowledge of Medicare requirements, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily home health operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Maintain compliance with federal and Missouri regulations, Medicare, and accreditation.
• Monitor clinical quality and support QA/PIP activities and survey readiness.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, and retain qualified staff; ensure training and evaluations.
• Oversee budgets, billing accuracy, staffing costs, and supply expenses.
• Communicate policy updates and ensure consistent implementation across the agency.
• Lead emergency preparedness activities and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to support referrals.
• Evaluate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster effective communication among staff, clinical leadership, and governance.
