Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Account Executive in St. Louis, MO to drive sales and account development. You will build relationships with referral sources, educate on services and documentation, and collaborate with leadership on strategy to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or more than 2 years of sales experience.
• Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by sustaining and growing key established accounts and by identifying and developing new referral sources in an assigned territory.
• Meet with and educate referral sources about the agency's services by providing in-service.
• Educate referral sources on documentation criteria for admission to home care services.
• Collaborate with leadership to engage referral sources in line with payer mix expectations.
• Execute strategies to increase market share through account development.
• Provide professional guidance to referral sources and internal staff to ensure quality service.
