Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed LVN for a PRN role delivering one-on-one in-home nursing visits in Dallas and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care, perform assessments, administer meds, and document diligently while coordinating with the RN Case Manager.

The position offers flexible scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful patient-focused work with a steady patient volume.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation & license.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
