Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking an LVN to perform in-home visits in Lubbock, TX. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle and supplemental income for LVNs seeking balance.

You will provide skilled nursing care, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and document care per the plan. A valid Texas LVN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
