Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes in the Conroe, TX area. You’ll work flexible hours with a self-managed schedule and report to the RN Case Manager to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes skilled nursing visits, patient education, and thorough documentation to support independence and improved quality of life for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
