Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits in Lubbock, TX. You will follow the plan of care, perform assessments, administer medications, and manage wound and catheter care while reporting changes to the RN Case Manager.

Educate patients and caregivers, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain strong communication with the care team. Flexible schedule supports work-life balance and meaningful, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
