Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN LVN to provide skilled in-home nursing visits in Conroe, TX. Work-life balance and supplemental income are key benefits of this role, with a flexible, self-managed schedule and consistent patient volume.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform wound and catheter care, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with the RN Case Manager.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the care team
