Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a Texas-licensed LVN for PRN, in-home nursing visits in Conroe and surrounding areas. You’ll perform vital signs, meds administration, wound and catheter care, and document promptly for the care team.

This flexible role lets you create your own schedule, with travel to patients' homes and a steady patient flow. Prior home health experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
