Rotech Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our home healthcare intake and insurance verification team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services.

The role emphasizes insurance verification, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver timely service in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and compassionate candidate with experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers) for patients.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Assist with office operations including deposits and batch reporting.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• May cover on-call shifts, drive a company vehicle, and make home deliveries.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs in compliance with standards.
