Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our home health intake and insurance verification team.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of respiratory services and durable medical equipment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred and experience in healthcare billing or intake.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and reimbursement preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs.
• May cover on-call and deliveries.
