Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage patient intake and verify insurance for home healthcare services.

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement practices.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Coordinate intake and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
• Assist with office operations, deposits, and batch reporting.
• Communicate with patients and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs per compliance standards.
• May cover on-call, drive company vehicle, and deliver to patients’ homes.
• Prepare and process CMNs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
