Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health and Hospice Care Sales Professional to drive referrals across Jackson, MI and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and case managers to position AdvisaCare's home health and hospice services, delivering personalized care for each patient.

This full-time role offers base salary with incentive compensation and top-tier benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science preferred.
• Track record of sales success in healthcare-related industry.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and teamwork.
• Minimum of two years healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of physician, hospital, case management and discharge planning needs.
• Ability to communicate Medicare, home health and hospice services clearly.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to physicians, hospitals and care managers to secure referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships by understanding needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to ensure patient care delivery.
