Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a passionate Home Health and Hospice Sales Consultant to join our team in Michigan. You will identify referral sources, develop relationships, and promote AdvisaCare Home Health and Hospice services to clients and healthcare professionals.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel locally. You will meet sales goals while working collaboratively with a supportive team to extend our mission of personalized care at home.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for presenting and networking with clients and professionals.
• Sales and customer relationship management to develop new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of healthcare practices, especially home health and hospice care.
• Organizational and time-management skills to meet targets.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales/reporting tools.
• Ability to travel to meet clients and referral sources with a valid driver's license.
• Previous home health care or healthcare sales experience is preferred.
