Job summary

Choice Health At Home in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Home Health Business Development Liaison to grow referrals and partnerships, promoting our care model to providers and community organizations.

The role collaborates with clinical and admin teams to align services with market needs, aims to exceed monthly admission goals, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), HSA, life and disability insurance, PTO, and a $500 monthly car allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
• CRM Software experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships and promote Choice's home health services.
• Meet and exceed admission goals monthly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to align services with market needs.
• Develop and maintain a public relations program with physicians and community agencies.
• Coordinate program development including personnel and financial needs.
