Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships and promote the home health care model.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with providers and community organizations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align programs with market needs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal marketing laws.
• Meet monthly admission goals and support program development.
