Job summary

Choice Health at Home in Orlando, FL seeks a Home Health Business Development Liaison to expand referrals and build partnerships with physicians, hospitals and community organizations. You will promote the agency’s care model and drive growth through proactive outreach.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure service offerings meet market needs while complying with regulations, with a focus on sustainable program development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• CRM Software experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral relationships and position Choice as provider of choice.
• Counsel the Agency on community needs and program development.
• Develop and maintain policies for new programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal marketing laws.
• Collaborate with administrative and supervisory staff to direct programs.
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Group to support safe patient/family care.
• Establish a public relations program to promote services and build physician/community relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.
