Fairmont Hospice in Houston is seeking an Account Executive to grow home health referrals by building relationships with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies. You will develop and execute territory plans to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least two years in home care sales, with proven ability to achieve incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years in home care sales with a proven growth record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for communications, presentations, reporting.
• CRM proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills; able to work with little supervision.

Responsabilités

• Develops, implements, and evaluates quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve growth goals.
• Meets with patients and families to discuss home care services and address needs/concerns.
• Builds relationships within Intake and patient care staff to ensure communication with referral sources.
