Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Clinical Training & Development Specialist / Staff Development Coordinator to support onboarding, orientation, education, and quality improvement for the Home Health team. You will coordinate orientation, partner with preceptors and leadership to monitor orientee progress, and support staff education related to documentation, compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating onboarding programs for healthcare staff.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality standards in home health.
• Ability to engage adult learners and support education initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing and implementing agency staff orientation.
• Coordinate preceptors and orientee progress with DON/Clinical Management.
• Support QA/QAPI activities and documentation quality improvements.
• Coordinate home visits to observe care delivery and assess patient satisfaction.
• Promote compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
