Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes an environment conducive to the delivery of quality patient care.
• Assist with chart audits and assure action is taken.
• Coordinates and ensures 24 hour availability of field staff services and rotates on call coverage with Manager.
• Conducts tracers/joint visits and provides feedback to staff.
• Develops collaborative relationships with customers, physicians and community organizations.
